I'd point out errors, but there was not a single one so far ^^

(I assume you already have anticipated some nerds pointing out that offset binary would be confusing, because it's used near-nowhere ... so I won't start a squabble on that decision ^^)

@lynnesbian I guess the funniest example of this is still how Gandhi in Civilization breaks out the nukes as soon as he develops democracy... But I guess technically that's an integer underflow.
